Found a little bit of time to paint. I read a lot about Tyvek paper, and I wanted to try it. I painted a piece of Tyvek and then ironed it between two sheets of bakingpaper. Fun and weird things happen to the Tyvek paper. It melts, makes holes, structures, bubbles, in short, it's fun! I glued my piece of Tyvek to acrylic paintingpaper and started messing with paints, in my own non-organised way ;-) One day I will find a style that fits me, and tell with my paintings the things I want to tell. Until that day, it's just experimenting a lot LOL
And some detailshots, to see all the different textures better.
It's fun material, this Tyvek. You can melt it with a heatgun too to make it bubble, of course it doesn't stay very flat this way. And, do it outside the house, because I don't think the fumes this melting causes are very healthy. Be very careful!
Nou, lekker hoor!
Nothing much else, I am home alone, Arie went to Parkpop, a rockfestival, with the girls and I had dinner with my mom. She was hungry and wanted Chinese food, if I could get that for her and eat along. Of course I wanted too, yummie!
Have a wonderful evening, and see you next time.
