It's been a tough week. Yep sis, life is great, but very very tiring sometimes ;-) But still, I managed to finish my painting, so I just want to share that with you all. Have a wonderful weekend !

Het is een zware week. Ja zus, het leven is leuk, maar ook best wel vermoeiend zo nu en dan ;-) Maar goed, tussen de bedrijven door toch nog even mijn schilderij afgemaakt, dus die foto's zal ik nog even met jullie delen. Prettig weekend allemaal !

Veel kleur, nog niet klaar ....
Vandaag verder gewerkt aan mijn kleurige schilderij. Nog niet klaar, maar ook deze heeft veeeeel tijd nodig. Steeds kleine stapjes, dan zal het eindresultaat nog mooier worden ;-)
Today I worked a bit on my happy colored painting. I am not finished, I think this one will take a loooong time too. Baby steps, and hopefully the endresult will be worth it ;-)

Ik vind die intense kleuren wel heel erg mooi, maar de cirkels kunnen wel weer wat opgepept worden, daar ben ik het licht een beetje kwijtgeraakt ..... :-) Nou ja, eerst maar weer eens goed laten drogen, en volgende keer vol goede moed verder !
I love the intense colors, but I need to spice up the circles, I kind of lost the light in those ....;-) O well, it needs to dry now, next time I will continue with a fresh view !

Ik zit al een tijdje te denken aan een Pathe Unlimited pas. Euro 18 per maand en onbeperkt naar de film. Ik ben dol op films, en geef ook aardig wat geld uit bij de videotheek. Maar dat haalt het vaak toch niet bij het echte werk, de film op een groot doek .... Binnenkort ga ik met zus (sen?) naar Black Swan. Zus heeft al een poosje zo'n pas en is daar heel blij mee.
I've been thinking for a while now to buy a Pathe Unlimited pass. That means nothing to you, so let me explain. By paying Euro 18 each month you get unlimited access to the cinema, see as much movies as you want. Considering a ticket costs Euro 9,50 each time, you already save money when you watch two movies each month ;-) Anyway, I spend a lot of money renting DVD's, but it is just not the same as seeing a movie on the big screen..... Somewhere next week I have plans to see Black Swan with my sister (s?). My sister has an Unlimited pass and enjoys it a lot ...
En ineens sloeg het in mijn bol, ik wilde vandaag naar de film én gelijk zo'n pas kopen. Monika had zin om mee te gaan, dus om half twaalf waren we bij de bioscoop. Pas aangeschaft (14 Euro omdat de maand al een paar dagen oud is) en naar 'Twelve'. Met die leuke jongen van Gossip Girl, en het leek me wel een goede film.
And then I was sure, I wanted to go to the movies today ánd get myself a pass. Monika wanted to come along, so we arrived at the cinema at 11.30. Bought me an Unlimited pass (only 14 Euros since this month is already a few days old) and we went to see 'Twelve'. With that cute guy from Gossip Girl, and the trailer looked interesting.
Mwah ... beetje dun verhaal, veel mooie meiden en natuurlijk White Mike (altijd prettig om naar te kijken...) Toch best wel schokkend eind, en de vraag, wat gaat er nu met White Mike gebeuren .... Ik zou wel zin hebben om het boek te lezen, kijken of dat iets meer te bieden heeft.
The story is a little bit thin, lots of pretty girls and of course White Mike (great eye candy ...). The end is somewhat shocking, and you are left wondering what will happen to White Mike .... Makes me wonder about the book too, maybe I should read it and see if it has a bit more to offer.
Tja, en als je dan al zo'n pas hebt, dan ga je gewoon nog een film bekijken LOL Het werd 'Morning Glory', met oa. Diane Keaton. Ik ben een grote fan van haar, en de film was precies wat ik ervan verwachtte. Een lekkere lach, wat ontroering, gewoon een heerlijke film. Niet ontzettend diepzinnig, maar gewoon ....lekker !
And what do you do when you have an Unlimited pass ? You go see another movie LOL We watched 'Morning Glory', with Diane Keaton. I am a big fan of her, and the movie was just what I expected. A lot of laughs, a little sentiment, a wonderful feel good movie !
Nu staan er zoveel films op mijn verlanglijstje, ik ben benieuwd of ik ook tijd heb om ze allemaal te gaan bekijken. En mijn pas ? Die heb ik vandaag al terug verdiend .... Nou ja, als je de koffie en het parkeergeld niet meetelt ;-)

Een nieuwe kit van Dawn Inskip, genaamd 'Tinker' ... Ik vind hem zo ontzettend mooi en volgens mij kun je hier zoveel verschillende layouts mee maken. Of printen en inkleuren natuurlijk, dat kan ook ;-) Zoals gebruikelijk weer te koop bij Scrapbookgraphics !
A new kit by Dawn Inskip, called 'Tinker'...... I love it so much, and I think you can scrap so many different layouts with this one. Or print a layout and color it, that's a possibility too ;-) As usual it is for sale at Scrapbookgraphics !
